RENTAL REQUIREMENTS

Before applying, please have the following ready:

Rental Qualifications

  • Income: Monthly gross income must be at least 2.5x the market rent.
  • Rental History: Must have a positive history with current and previous landlords. Multiple tenant complaints or lease violations may result in denial.
  • Evictions: No evictions within the last 5 years. Any prior evictions must be satisfied or withdrawn. Applications will be denied if funds are still owed to a previous or current landlord.
  • Background Check: We conduct criminal background checks. Any violent offenses, Megan’s Law registrations, or extreme felony charges will result in disqualification.
  • Utilities: Applicants must be able to establish utility accounts in their own name.
