Kawity Capital LLC is a family-owned real estate venture founded in 2023 by Bill and Tracie Leachman. With roots in both New Orleans and Central Pennsylvania, we bring a personal, hands-on approach to the residential leasing experience in Harrisburg and surrounding communities.
Bill, a dedicated real estate investor, is passionate about the opportunities and stability that rental properties provide. Tracie, the creative force behind a successful screen-printing boutique, brings her eye for design, detail, and customer connection.
Together, they combine expertise, vision, and genuine care, creating a rental experience built on integrity, reliability, and respect for every tenant.
OUR PROPERTY MANAGER
Terence Mhar Patlunag serves as the Executive Assistant and Property Manager at Kawity Capital. She supports current and prospective tenants by providing clear communication, accurate guidance, and dependable assistance throughout the rental process. Her role includes coordinating applications, addressing tenant inquiries, and helping ensure properties are professionally managed and well maintained.
